Subscribing to the old adage “Location, Location, Location,” Margaux utilizes an exacting process for acquiring desirable property and creating the perfect home for it. Located in mature neighborhoods, our homes are close to life’s conveniences and amenities, such as restaurants, schools, trails, shopping and more.

Melanie Gilroy, President, brings more than 10 years experience as an interior designer and material specifier for builders in the Seattle area. Drawing upon her families 30 years of building experience, Melanie has assembled the highest quality construction team in the region.

With undergraduate training in fine arts and a passion for more, Melanie continued her education at Christie’s Auction House for Advanced Coursework in London & New York. Melanie’s artful eye gives her a unique edge in the home building business, from concept to completion. Combining her love of art, trained eye for market value and experience in interior design and materials, she emphasizes creativity and humanistic design in every Margaux Fine Home.
